This weekend i discovered why I'm "a guy's girl."
Girls are catty, annoying, um..girly-girl...y... bitches.
Guys are chill and you can totally be yourself around them, no matter what girls say.

Last night I went to a party. The host has a major crush on a foreign exchange student. He came. According to her friends, they are dating but "not official." which makes no sense. I can understand that's our generation but if you truly like somebody... i don't know about you, but I'd like to have the title instead of "oh we like each other so everybody back off." every girl is smitten with this kid and they don't know much expect he's from South America and has a thick accent. I have had conversations with him, mostly small talk, getting to know him. He seems like a sweet, ambitious kid. And everybody assumes he's more than willing to help them with Spanish homework, and they all assume he likes salsa dancing. I remember him telling me and my "friend" Sarah, who claims to be in love with him because he walked her to class a few times, that he "hates that nonsense." a Spanish song came on. Hmm.. wonder why. She forcefully grabbed him and made him dance with her and said "you salsa dance! they did that back at your home didn't they?! you know you wanna dance with meeeee. " all the girls were cooing over "how shy he was" when he tried to resist her strength, i told Sarah "poor kid. everybody thinks he likes to salsa dance." Sarah's eyes widened and she was like "HE DOESN'T?!" automatic facepalm. I realized I actually listen to the littlest things people tell me last night. Sarah was shocked when I brought up conversations a few weeks ago or so. She was shocked, but insisted she love him. If you don't even know something so simple about someone like their quirks, you can't be in love with them. It's infatuation.
She posted maybe 10 status updates about how in love she is after the party when all they did is talk about HER.
Sarah, bless her heart, but she tends to make everything about herself.
"I hate my parents."
"I'm ugly."
"I'm fat"
"He hates me."
"I can't dance."
"My hair looks weird."
The things she complains about aren't even true. She always comes to school late, with her hair all perfect, as well as make up. We wear uniforms so it's not like she spent all morning combining 40 shirts and jeans. Then well say "God I'm so ugly."
Even if the conversation will be about a mutual subject, she'll make sure it turns around back to her. For example, at school, somebody's ringtone went off while me, this kid, and Sarah were walking to class. It was "You're a Jerk." he rolls his eyes and I said "Jerking is the dumbest dance ever, and that song sucks" he agreed and told me he believed it wasn't real music. Sarah jumps in saying she used to want to jerk before it was popular and everybody made fun of her for it. She bitched for the entire walk about it.

She insists she feels bad for liking him since her best friend does, but she sure does parade around the fact that they talk on the phone everyday and he walks her to class.

This bullshit is like a fucking episode of the Hills, you want to stop watching it, but you just can't.
